Hossein Rezazadeh - World Record Clean and Jerk



This is the heaviest snatch ever done.  It is performed by the strongest Olympic weightlifter in the world, Hossein Rezazadeh of Iran, at the 2004 Athens Olympic Games.  There are 580 lbs on that bar.  Hossein also currently holds the records for both the snatch and (clean and jerk and snatch combined) total.
