Sean Lind - 175 lb Turkish Get-up

Performing a turkish get-up with any amount of weight is a daunting task.  It's a maneuver so rarely done that many don't even know of it's existence (or benefits).  Here Sean Lind demonstrates his might by performing the move with 175 lbs on a barbell!
