Climbing Stairs on Head

I would assume these gentlemen are Buddhist monks but the sweet handshake at the beginning through me for a loop.  Then again, only a monk with years of constant practice and unfathomable balance would be able to perform an act like this one.  Apparently this is also a world record, although I can't imagine anyone ever having set it before seeing this.  Unbelievable.
